Delivery Areas

Currently, Lahore Flower Hub provides delivery services only within Lahore. Orders placed for locations outside Lahore are not eligible for delivery at this time.

Same-Day Flower Delivery

We proudly offer same-day flower delivery across Lahore for most of our floral arrangements.

To qualify for same-day delivery:

• Orders should be placed before 9:00 PM
• Orders placed after 12:00 AM will be scheduled for delivery on the next day
• Availability of same-day delivery may vary during peak days or high-demand periods.

Delivery Timings

Our standard delivery hours are from 9:00 AM to 3:00 AM. Customer support is available 24 hours a day to assist with inquiries and order confirmation.

If you have a preferred delivery time, you may mention it at checkout. While we do our best to accommodate special requests, delivery times are subject to availability and route schedules.

Delivery Charges

A delivery fee may apply within Lahore depending on the delivery location and distance. Any applicable charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to confirm delivery details, recipient information, and timing. This helps us ensure accurate and smooth delivery.

Incorrect Address or Recipient Unavailability

Please ensure that the delivery address, phone number, and recipient details are correct at the time of placing your order.

If the address is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable:

• Delivery may be delayed or rescheduled
• Additional delivery charges may apply

Lahore Flower Hub will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Delivery During Peak Occasions

During busy occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Eid, anniversaries, and other special events, delivery slots may fill up quickly. We strongly recommend placing your order 1–2 days in advance to avoid delays and ensure availability.

Damaged or Missing Items

In rare cases where flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or incomplete, please contact us immediately and share clear photos of the product. Our team will review the issue and take appropriate action, which may include a replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation.
